How to Cook Hoffy Bacon
Stove Top
- Remove Hoffy bacon from refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes before cooking.
- Lay out bacon strips without overlapping in a cold pan.
- Cook over medium heat. Turn the strips as needed until they reach the desired crispness, 8 to 12 minutes.
- Drain well on a paper-towel-lined platter.
Oven
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Lay out as many Hoffy bacon strips as will fit snuggly without overlapping.
- Place in a cold oven. Turn on oven and set to 400 degrees F. Bake to desired crispness, 25 to 35 minutes.
- Drain well on a paper-towel-lined platter.
Microwave
- Remove 6 Hoffy bacon slices from package (adjust time shown below if using a different amount).
- Line microwave-safe plate with 3 layers of paper towels. Place slices of bacon on top, without overlapping. Cover with another 2 layers of paper towels.
- Microwave on high for 4 to 6 minutes for crispy bacon. Pause and check bacon halfway through. Depending upon bacon thickness and microwave model, adjust time as needed.
- Carefully remove plate from microwave, using potholders.
- Using tongs, serve bacon. Enjoy!

Just got through eating 2 slices. of your bacon. Ate my first ever 2 slices yesterday.
I HAD to write to let you know that of all brand bacon I’ve eaten…your hands down is the best! Taste best…cooks the best…smells the best while cooking. The thin slicing of your bacon is just enough.
Just think if I had not reluctantly purchased I guess 1/2 lb pkg of your bacon at the “true”
99cent store I would not have known…missing out!
Please don’t let this be a fluke because my next bacon purchase will be Hoffy hopefully from here on out.

Great bacon! Not too salty. Very meaty. Well balanced between meat and fat content. Pleasantly surprised by this new discovery. Will purchase it over other brands whenever available.
Why isn’t the kind of meat included in ingredients used information?? Is it pork? Or is it dog meat? Rumors say companies using dog meat for bacon.
Bacon is Pork. If other meat is used it must be declared in the name, such as Turkey Bacon and in the ingredients.
My husband just picked up a package of your bacon, which I was not familiar with. Wow! Some of the best looking bacon I’ve ever seen… so lean!
