How to Cook Hoffy Sausage
Stove Top
- Add water to a skillet or frying pan. Cover the surface with half an inch of water.
- Turn the heat on medium-high. Heat the pan until the water starts to boil off.
- Remove Hoffy Sausages from package and gently add the to the pan. Be sure to not overcrowd, you need room to turn the sausages.
- Turn the Sausages for even browning. Using tongs, roll the Hoffy Sausages frequently to get them browned on all sides.
- Remove with tongs or fork, add your favorite toppings and serve.
Grill
- Turn on grill. Heat one side of the grill to medium heat and the other side medium-high to high heat. For a charcoal grill, stack more coals on one side.
- Remove Hoffy Sausages from package.
- Using barbeque tongs, cook the Hoffy Sausages on the cooler side of the grill two to three minutes each side so that they can heat through without burning.
- Move the Hoffy Sausages to the hot side of the grill. And give them a final quick char, and those great looking grill lines.
- Serve. Using tongs, take your sausages off the grill, dress them up your way and dig in!
Oven
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Remove Hoffy Sausages from package and place in a rimmed pan or tray. Line the pan with foil for extra easy cleanup.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on your sausages. You’ll know they’re done when you see them begin to brown and curl just a bit.
- Serve. Use a potholder to remove the pan from the oven, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

I love these sausages! I used to eat them all the time in California but I moved to texas and can’t seem to find them anywhere, is Hoffy only available in California?
