How to Cook Hoffy Gourmet Sausage

Stove Top

  1. Add water to a skillet or frying pan. Cover the surface with half an inch of water.
  2. Turn the heat on medium-high. Heat the pan until the water starts to boil off.
  3. Remove Hoffy Sausages from package and gently add the to the pan. Be sure to not overcrowd, you need room to turn the sausages.

  5. Remove with tongs or fork, add your favorite toppings and serve.

  1. Turn on grill. Heat one side of the grill to medium heat and the other side medium-high to high heat. For a charcoal grill, stack more coals on one side.
  2. Remove Hoffy Sausages from package.
  3. Using barbeque tongs, cook the Hoffy Sausages on the cooler side of the grill two to three minutes each side so that they can heat through without burning.
  4. Move the Hoffy Sausages to the hot side of the grill. And give them a final quick char, and those great looking grill lines.
  5. Serve. Using tongs, take your sausages off the grill, dress them up your way and dig in!

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Remove Hoffy Sausages from package and place in a rimmed pan or tray.  Line the pan with foil for extra easy cleanup.
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on your sausages. You’ll know they’re done when you see them begin to brown and curl just a bit.
  4. Serve. Use a potholder to remove the pan from the oven, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

  1. Your polish sausages so far are the best ones I’ve had. I’m from Chicago and thought that the spot in Buena Park, CA was the only way I could get that taste that I missed from home but I was wrong. The spot in BP is 40 miles away and Smart & Final or Food 4 Less is only 3 so imma gonna keep eattin’ the one that y’all make. My choice of eattin’ chicken andouille was Jodi Maroni but now imma diggin’ yours so keep it up!
